I'm Aleshia Kramer and I help service-based businesses attract more of their ideal clients through clear messaging, thoughtful systems, and a genuine focus on the customer experience.

Before transitioning into this work, I spent five years as a residential real estate agent, including one year where I closed over 10 million dollars in sales while intentionally slowing down in the final months. That experience gave me a deep understanding of relationship-building, high-stakes decision-making, and what it takes to guide clients through important life transitions.

I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of South Florida, which laid the foundation for how I think about connection, clarity, and storytelling. From there, I worked as a technical writer in both healthcare compliance software and legal regulations software, where precision, structure, and attention to detail were essential. That background now shapes how I approach every process and every piece of content I create.

After spending years in fast-paced, male-dominated industries, I was ready for a more aligned path. I took last year off to recover from burnout and intentionally reinvent myself, choosing to build a business that reflects both my strengths and my values. Today, I bring together my sales experience, communications training, and the love of helping others to support business owners who want professional, dependable help growing their client base—without losing the personal touch that sets them apart.
